Trade unions and their relationship with employers

This training is led only in Czech language.

Content:

• the formation of a trade union – the existence of multiple trade unions in the employer
• interaction and obligations of the employer towards the trade union – information, consultation, consent, agreement
• the initiation and conduct of collective bargaining, including what happens if the parties simply do not agree
• creating the conditions for the proper exercise of trade union activities
