Termination of employment in anticipation of big changes

The area of termination of employment is due to undergo major changes, which are currently already in the legislative process. In this practical seminar we will go through the various ways of termination of employment under the current regulations, taking into account examples of good practice and developments in case law.

We will recommend individual HR procedures and point out the main obligations of employers and the pitfalls involved. We will focus in particular on the institutes that are to be changed and assess whether it is more appropriate to proceed according to the existing regulation or to “wait” for the new regulation.
