This training is led in Czech language.

Employing foreigners is currently a necessity for more and more employers – either due to the lack of suitable labour on the Czech market or due to positive experiences with the work ethic of foreign employees. In practice, however, there is often uncertainty as to who can legally work in the Czech Republic, under what conditions and what obligations this entails for both employers and employees. Moreover, unclear legislation and numerous exceptions often complicate the situation. Another significant factor is the impact of the war conflict in Ukraine, which has brought completely new challenges to the employment of foreigners.

This training course is therefore intended for all those who want to get to grips with the employment of foreigners, either to get a basic overview or to ensure their existing knowledge. The presentation will be divided into two blocks of 3 hours each, with the final half hour of each block being a space for questions and discussion. This will give participants the opportunity to consult specific cases and get answers to practical questions.
