Termination of employment

This training is led in Czech language.

The area of termination of employment is to undergo major changes to free up flexibility in this area. In this practical seminar we will go through the different ways of termination of employment under the current legislation and in comparison with the new legislation. We will take into account examples of good practice and case law developments and recommend individual HR procedures, highlighting the main duties of employers and the pitfalls involved. We will focus in particular on the institutes that are due to undergo changes.
