Current issues and changes to working time and rest periods

The area of working time and rest periods has recently undergone permanent changes. These changes are intended to increase the flexibility of an employee’s work performance and to respond to modern trends in employer-employee cooperation. In this practical seminar, we will go through the main changes approved as well as the problem areas. We will outline model situations and examples and recommend individual HR practices, highlighting the main obligations of employers and the pitfalls involved.
