What are occupational accidents and diseases? What do these events mean for employers and what are their obligations? What claims may arise for employees and how are these claims satisfied? What to do if an employee loses their medical fitness for work? How to terminate the employment relationship with such an employee and what to watch out for?

What has changed with the so-called flexinovel of the Labor Code? What changes will the new Government Regulation No. 322/2026 Coll., on the obligations of employers in the event of occupational accidents, bring from January 1, 2026? These and many other questions trouble many employers. The goal of our training? To answer them.
