Employers have a number of obligations in the event of workplace accidents. In particular, they are required to keep an accident log, report workplace accidents, make records of them, and subsequently send these records to the relevant authorities.
The current Government Regulation No. 201/2010 Coll., which regulated these obligations, will be replaced by Government Regulation No. 322/2025 Coll. with effect from January 1, 2026. Among other things, the new regulation promises to digitize the agenda. A portal of the State Labor Inspection Office is to be set up through which employers will report work accidents to the regional labor inspectorate or district mining authority and through which records of work accidents will also be sent to these authorities – all electronically.
What changes does the regulation bring? How will the new portal work? Will the promises of digitization be fulfilled, or are they empty? Webinar participants will receive the latest answers to these and other questions.
