The training will focus primarily – but not exclusively – on the following topics:
termination of employment for health reasons, including related aspects;
work-related accidents;
occupational diseases;
employer obligations in the event of occupational accidents or diseases (recording and reporting obligations, obligation to compensate employees, etc.);
statutory employer insurance and the tripartite relationship between the employer, employee, and insurance company.
We will, of course, pay special attention to the impact of the so-called flexinovela and planned changes. Participants can look forward to an extensive case study and practical experience from the lecturers. They will also have plenty of time to ask any questions they may have
