AI, technology, and the harmful effects of civilization in the workplace

Nowadays, everything has to start with the abbreviation AI or at least involve artificial intelligence, otherwise it’s not trendy enough. So let’s move with the times and look at this new phenomenon, which has already reached our workplaces, from the perspective of HR and, above all, from the perspective of employers. At the same time, we will introduce you to a relatively new EU regulation that is slowly beginning to regulate this area and is gradually gaining effectiveness. Although it deals with AI in detail in many of its aspects, it also has a significant impact on labor law and HR.
