Impediments to work from A to Z as a new seminar
We would like to invite you to our new seminar “Impediments to work from A to Z“, which is a new addition to our training plan. Michal Peškar and Miroslav Nerad will introduce you to all types of impediments to work, both on the employer’s and the employee’s side. Together, you will find out for which impediments and in what amount the employee is entitled to salary compensation. These are not only impediments pursuant to the government regulation, but also for reasons of general interest, according to other legislation and those that are not found in any legal regulations. The seminar will also discuss impediments in respect of agreements on work performed outside the employment relationship (the so-called “DPP” and “DPČ”).
