On 1 August, an amendment to the Labour Code came into force that will introduce an indexation mechanism for minimum wages, limit guaranteed wages, abolish the obligation to create a holiday plan, and attempt to resolve the impasse in negotiating collective agreements when multiple unions are active at an employer. Its biggest change, however, will undoubtedly be the self-designation of shifts by the employee himself, not only for agreements on work performed outside the employment relationship, but also for the employment relationship itself, regardless of where the employee performs the work from.
During the seminar we will guide you through the relevant amended provisions of the Labour Code, point out the existing pitfalls and recommend the correct application procedure.
