January’s Randls Business Webinar will focus on What to look out for when drafting general terms and conditions. As this is a very common form of concluding business contracts in the business environment, we will briefly guide you on what to look out for when preparing general terms and conditions for your business, advise you on how to use them correctly and what to look out for when concluding contracts with your contractual partners.

During 2025, we will regularly include thematic webinars related to the individual contract types you encounter most often, and we will briefly review what is essential when preparing a specific contract and what are the most common risks associated with the contract.

It is an accessible way to learn important legal information and stay up-to-date through regular online meetings.
