Large (forthcoming) flexible amendment to the Labour Code

This training is led in Czech language. 

The Labour Code, and in particular the area of termination of employment, is to undergo major changes to free up flexibility in the employment of people. In this practical seminar we will go through the main changes to the Labour Code that are being approved. We will outline model situations and examples and recommend individual HR practices, highlighting the main obligations of employers and the pitfalls involved.
