Content:

• establishment of the employment relationship / employment contract / agreements (DPP and DPČ) – already from the perspective of the amendment; probationary period and limited agreement,
• working time and its scheduling, overtime, continuous rest periods, rest periods and on-call time
• liability to pay compensation – employee and employer
• leave / holidays – calculations and use (both in the case of an employment contract and in the case of DPP / DPČ)
• the most common practical problems and mistakes made by HR professionals
